Partner
Ed Mysock has been in private
practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for
over 30 years after working for an
international public accounting
firm. He graduated from the
University of Pennsylvania, Wharton
School, with a B. S. in 1969, and
from the University of Tulsa with a
J.D. in 1976. He served in the U.S.
Marine Corps. from 1969 – 1973. Mr.
Mysock is a member of the Oklahoma
Bar and the Missouri Bar and is
authorized to practice in Oklahoma
courts, the U. S. District Court for
the Northern District of Oklahoma
and the U. S. Tax Court. His
practice areas emphasis are business

William C. Chevaillier, Jr. has been
practicing in Tulsa Oklahoma for
over 25 years. Mr. Chevaillier
represents individuals,
corporations, partnerships and other
entities in all areas of federal,
state and local taxation. He offers
planning services for clients who
wish to minimize potential income
and estate tax consequences by
utilizing the latest and most
innovative techniques. He has
assisted numerous clients against
the Internal Revenue Service
regarding proposed tax assessments

representation throughout the

Stephen R. Bolden
Partner
Steve began practice with the firm
in 1992, focused in the areas of
taxation, employee benefits,
business transactions, estate
planning and probate. He has
represented clients in business
sales, mergers and acquisitions
along with their continuing annual
tax planning. He has significant
experience in representing clients
with Internal Revenue Service
issues. Steve has guided individuals
through the trying process of estate
planning and aging issues. He has
experience in drafting and
administering profit sharing plans,
401k plans and Simple plans. He has
also advised banks and mortgage
companies on licensing issues across
the United States.
Steve graduated form Hendrix College
in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts in
Business. He received his Juris
Doctorate from the University of
Arkansas in 1990 and his LL.M.
Taxation in 1992 from the University
of San Diego where he graduated cum
laude. Steve has maintained an
inactive CPA license since 1995.
