Chevaillier, L.L.C., our firm
recently celebrated its twentieth
year anniversary.

businesses of all sizes. We intend
to continue to develop our practice
along current lines and believe that

With our expertise in taxation, we
are able to counsel clients in all
areas of taxation, business and
financial transactions, and estate
planning, and to coordinate each
matter to insure consistency
throughout a client’s personal and
financial structure. We have
experience with all types of trusts,
including revocable intervivos
trusts, insurance trusts,
irrevocable trusts, foreign trusts
and educational trusts for children
and grandchildren.
In addition, we have a substantial
tax compliance practice whereby we
prepare tax returns for individuals,
corporations, partnerships, trusts
and estates. Our firm also has the
ability to provide a full range of
legal services for nonqualified and
qualified plans and their
participants.
We offer legal assistance in IRS and
state audits, litigation and
collection.
