Originally started under the name of Mysock & Chevaillier, L.L.C., our firm recently celebrated its twentieth year anniversary.

We have experience with all types of trusts, including revocable intervivos trusts, insurance trusts, irrevocable trusts, foreign trusts and educational trusts for children and grandchildren.

In addition, we have a substantial tax compliance practice whereby we prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and estates. Our firm also has the ability to provide a full range of legal services for nonqualified and qualified plans and their participants.

We offer legal assistance in IRS and state audits, litigation and collection.
